Is my money safe? Can Pipflow withdraw funds?
Your funds stay with your broker. Pipflow only places the trades you set up. An MT5 trading login can open and close trades but cannot withdraw money; withdrawals happen in your broker’s own client portal.
Which brokers can I use?
Any MetaTrader 5 broker. Pipflow connects to your own MT5 account (demo or live) through MetaApi, so the choice of broker is yours. Pipflow is not a broker and never holds your funds.
How do I get started?
Create a free account. Free gives you charts, market data and 10 AI analyses a day, so you can explore Jessica and the strategy builder before paying. When you want to trade, Starter ($149.99/month) connects 1 MetaTrader 5 account, and Pro ($299.99/month) adds automated strategies that run around the clock.
Do strategies keep running when my computer is off?
Yes, on Pro and Elite. Live strategies run on Pipflow’s servers 24/7 and trade through your MT5 account. Each one respects its risk limits (risk per trade, maximum open positions, daily loss) and you can pause it at any time.
Does Jessica give financial advice?
No. Jessica provides analysis and tooling for information only. You make every trading decision and are responsible for the outcome.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
